Feel free to use my tutorial as a guide and
have fun giving it your own spin.

This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Needed Supplies & Filters :

Tube of Choice .. I am using the work of Hannah Disney which you must have a license to use.  Please do not use her work without purchasing through My Tag Art here
Pls note mine is licensed through AMI where her art was previously sold.

Scrap Kit of Choice .. I have used a gorgeous PTU kit from Fi's Fault called Blue Love which can be purchased here.

Mask of Choice .. I haved used WSL_Mask84 Weescotslass which can be downloaded here.

Font of Choice .. I am using Gwendolyn Bold.

Let's get started !

Open mask in PSP. New raster layer 600x600 & floodfill with white. New raster layer, select all, paste into selection Paper 6.

New mask layer from image, WSL_84, invert mask data unchecked, and merge group. Resize 110%.

Copy and paste Frame 2 & resize 80%. Using your magic wand, select the middle of your frame.  Selections/modify/expand 3. Copy and paste Paper 1, resize 65%, selections invert and hit delete. Select none. Drag this layer beneath your frame layer. Drop shadow your frame. I have used 2/2/40/4 throughout.

Copy and paste your tube. Depending the tube you are using, you may want to erase the bottom part so it appears your tube is peeking out of the frame.

Copy and paste Flower 2, resize 65%, drop shadow and position on the bottom left of your frame. Layer duplicate and mirror. Copy and paste Flower 1, resize 65%, drop shadow and position just above one of your other blue flowers. Layer duplicate and mirror. Duplicate your first flower and position in the middle of the others. See my image for placement.

Copy and paste Beaded swirl 1 and position just above your mask layer on the top left hand side & drop shadow. Layer duplicate and mirror.

Copy and paste ribbon 4, resize 50% & drop shadow. Position below your flower layers so it appears the ribbon is sticking out. Layer duplicate and mirror. Repeat with ribbon 3. Position the 4 ribbon layers to your liking under your flower layers.

Copy and paste String word art 1, resize 75% twice and drop shadow. Position lower half of your frame so it appears to be hanging from it.

Copy and paste Velvet bow 2, resize 40% and drop shadow. Position so it appears to be holding your word art up. Layer duplicate and mirror.

X out white background, merge visible.
Open white background, resize to your liking (I used 500x500).

Add copyright & add your name. I used Gwendolyn bold size 72 color #46616e. I then added a size 3 fat white gradient glow and drop shadow.

Save and you are done.

I hope you have enjoyed my tutorial.
Pls feel free to experiment and use my tutorial as a guide.

Please feel free to send me your results.
I'd love to see what you came up with.
