Feel free to use my tutorial as a guide and have fun giving it your own spin.

This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Needed Supplies :

Tube of Choice .. I am using the work of Michi Art which you must have a license to use. Please do not use her work without purchasing through SNC here.

Scrap Kit of Choice .. I have used a great PTU Kit from Soxsational Scraps called "Jungle Fever" which can be purchased here.

Mask of Choice .. I have used WSL_Mask362 & WSL_Mask38 which can be downloaded here.

Word art of choice .. I have used zoo word art from Word Art World which can be downloaded here.

Font of Choice .. BD Cartoon Shout

Let's get started

New image 600x600 and floodfill with white. New raster layer, select all, paste into selection Paper 11. Select none. New mask layer from image, WSL_Mask363, invert transparency unchecked, and merge group. Resize 105%.

Repeat using Paper 6 and WSL_Mask 38. Resize 105%.  Adjust/add remove noise/add noise/gaussian & monochrome checked/30%.

Copy and paste Frame 4 & resize 75%. Using your magic wand, select the center portion of your frame, selections modify/expand 5, copy and paste Paper 1 below your frame layers, selections invert and hit delete. Copy and paste Ribbon 9 and position towards the bottom then hit delete. Select none and I then added a size 5 color #e3e475 gradient glow and then drop shadow to the frame followed by a drop shadow on the ribbon. I have used 2/2/40/4 throughout.

Copy and paste Palm Tree, resize 75% & drop shadow. Position on the right hand side. Copy and paste Sun, resize 75% & add the same noise as used before followed by drop shadow. Position top right hand corner.

Copy and paste Vine, resize 65% & drop shadow. Position bottom right hand corner of your frame. Layer duplicate, mirror & flip. Copy and paste Flower 6, resize 35% & drop shadow. Position on your bottom vine. Layer duplicate, mirror & flip. Repeat with Flower 3.

Copy and paste Flower 13, resize 65% & drop shadow. Position bottom left hand corner. Layer duplicate, resize 65% & position next to your first flower. Layer duplicate and position again with your other flowers.

Copy and paste your tube, resize as necessary & drop shadow.

Copy and paste Monkey, resize 50% & drop shadow. Position bottom right hand corner. Layer duplicate, resize 65% & position next to your first monkey.

Copy and paste your word art and resize 50% and then 20%. Using your magic wand, select the center portion of all the letters in "Thing", selections modify/expand 1, copy and paste Paper 5 below your word art layer, selections invert and hit delete. Select none. Add the same noise effect as earlier.

Merge down the word art & background color layers then add  the following gradient glow followed by drop shadow.

X out white background & mask layers, merge visible. Select all/float/defloat and then add the following Xenofex/constellation for a lil sparkle.

Open white background and resize to your liking. (I have used 500x500).

Copy and paste your word art, resize 85% and I then added the following gradient glow and drop shadow.

Add copyright and name on your tag. I have used BD Cartoon Shout, Size 36, Paper 1 as my background color and then added the same noise, gradient glow and drop shadow as with the word art.

Save and you are done.

I hope you have enjoyed my tutorial.
Pls feel free to experiment and use my tutorial as a guide.
