Feel free to use my tutorial as a guide and have fun giving it your own spin.

This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Needed Supplies :

Tube of Choice .. I am using the work of KiwiFire Storm which you must have a license to use. Please do not use his work without purchasing through the PSP Project here.

Scrap Kit of Choice .. I have used a gorgeous PTU kit from Wicked Princess Scraps called "Fredrika Freedom Fighter" which you can purchase here.

Mask of Choice .. I have used WSL_Mask84 which can be downloaded from here.

Word Art of Choice .. I have used Word Art from Brutal Designs which can be downloaded here.

Font of Choice .. Rock It

Let's get started

New image 600x600 and floodfill with white. New raster layer, select all, copy and paste Paper 17, select none. New mask layer from image WSL_Mask84, invert transparency unchecked, and merge group. Resize 105%.

Copy and paste Dots & resize 65%. Adjust color balance/manual color correction from #2b4d5c to black. Adjust/add remove noise/add noise/gaussian monochrome checked 75% and then drop shadow. I have used 2/2/40/4 throughout. Position top left hand corner. Layer duplicate, mirror & flip.

Copy and paste Hearts in the wind, resize 75%, mirror & drop shadow. Position top right hand corner. Layer duplicate, mirror & flip.

Copy and paste Poster Frame & resize 75%. Using your magic wand, select the center portion of your frame, selections modify/expand 5, copy and paste Paper 9, resize 65%, selections invert and hit delete. Drop shadow your frame.

Copy and paste Bullet Holes, resize 30% & drop shadow. Position in your window.

Copy and paste Curtain, resize 60%, mirror & drop shadow. Position along the right hand side of your frame.

Copy and paste Flower Swag, resize 40% & drop shadow. Position along the top of your frame. Copy and paste Cherries, resize 30% & drop shadow. Position top centre and drag this layer just below your floral swag layer.

Copy and paste Camilia Flower, resize 20% & drop shadow. Position top right hand corner of your floral swag. Layer duplicate & mirror.

Copy and paste Clock 2, resize 65% & drop shadow. Position along the left hand side of your frame. Repeat with Stool, resizing 40% and position bottom right hand corner.

Copy and paste Wine, resize 50% & drop shadow. Position bottom left hand corner. Repeat with Glass, resizing 30% & position next to your wine bottle.

Copy and paste your tube, resize as necessary & drop shadow. If you are using the same tube as I am, position so it appears the woman is sitting on the stool.

Copy and paste Cuffs, resize 20% & drop shadow. Position bottom left hand corner.

Copy and paste Box of pearls, resize 30% & drop shadow. Position bottom right hand corner. Repeat with Bullets and position next to your box of pearls.

Open your word art and delete layers 4, 5 & 6. Copy merged and paste as a new layer on your tag. Resize 75%. I then added the following gradient glow followed by drop shadow.

X out white background, merge visible. Open white background, resize to your liking (I have used 500x500).

Add copyright and name on your tag. I have used Rock It, Size 26 black and then added the same gradient glow as with the word art followed by drop shadow.

Save and you are done.

I hope you have enjoyed my tutorial.
Pls feel free to experiment and use my tutorial as a guide.
