Feel free to use my tutorial as a guide and have fun giving it your own spin.

This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Needed Supplies :

Tube of Choice .. I am using the work of Alicia Bel which you must have a license to use. Please do not use this work without purchasing through the PSP Project as part of this Starter Pack.

Scrap Kit of Choice .. I have used a gorgeous PTU kit from Sam's Scraps called "Dancer" which is also available at the PSP Project as part of the same Starter Pack.

Mask of Choice .. I have used WSL_Mask129 & WSL_Mask84 which can be downloaded from here.

Word Art of Choice .. I have used Word Art from Word Art world that is unfortunately no longer available for download. Beautiful word art from Jennifer can be purchased here.

Font of Choice .. Lucinda Handwriting

Let's get started

New image 600x600 and floodfill with white. New raster layer, select all, copy and paste Paper 9, select none. New mask layer from image WSL_Mask84, invert transparency unchecked, and merge group. Resize 110% & duplicate layer.

New raster layer, select all, copy and paste Paper 13, select none. New mask layer from image WSL_Mask129, invert transparency unchecked, and merge group. Resize 105%, adjust/add remove noise/add noise/uniform monochrome checked/35%.

Repeat with Paper 10, skip noise effect and resize 90%. Repeat with Paper 18, resizing 80% & rotate right 25.

Copy and paste Dancer Glitter Frame, resize 65% & drop shadow. I have used 2/2/40/4 throughout.

Copy Flower 8, resize 40%, rotate right 90 & drop shadow. Position on the right hand side of your frame. Layer duplicate/mirror.

Copy and paste Ribbon 1, resize 65% & drop shadow. Position along the bottom. Repeat with Ribbon 3 and 6 and position along the bottom as well.

Copy and paste Feathers, resize 75% & drop shadow. Position on the left hand side.

Copy and paste Floral Decoration, resize 70% & drop shadow. Position bottom centre. Copy and paste Bow 2, resize 65% & drop shadow. Position bottom centre on your floral decoration.

Copy and paste Ballet Slippers, resize 50% & drop shadow. Position bottom left hand corner. Copy and paste Violin, resize 65% & drop shadow. Position bottom right hand corner. Copy and paste Champagne Glass, resize 50% & drop shadow. Position next to the violin.

Copy and paste Dancer Leaf, resize 50% & drop shadow. Position top right hand corner.

Copy and paste Flower 2, resize 30% & drop shadow. Position top right hand corner on your leaf. Repeat with Flower 3 and 1. Position all flowers together.

Copy and paste Butterfly, resize 30% & drop shadow. Position top left hand corner.

Copy and paste your word art and resize as necessary. Select all/float/defloat, copy and paste Paper 9, resize 50%, selections invert, hit delete, select none and delete original word art layer. I then added a size 3 fat color #a7344f gradient glow, followed by a size 3 fat white one and then drop shadow.

Copy and paste your tube, resize as necessary & then drop shadow.

X out white background, merge visible. Open white background, resize to your liking (I have used 500x500).

Add copyright and name on your tag. I have used Lucinda Handwriting, Size 48, Paper 10 as the background pattern, and then added a lil noise adjust/add remove noise/add noise/random monochrome checked/50%. I then added a size 3 fat white gradient glow and drop shadow.

Save and you are done.

I hope you have enjoyed my tutorial.
Pls feel free to experiment and use my tutorial as a guide.
