Shh ... Baby Dreaming Tut

Feel free to use my tutorial as a guide and have fun giving it your own spin.
This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.
Needed Supplies :
Tube of Choice .. I am using the work of Micah Carmichael which you must have a license to use. I am licensed through PSP Tube Stop for this tube.
Image of Choice .. I have used one of my own personal photographs here.
Scrap Kit of Choice .. I have used a great PTU Kit from Cindy's Creative Designs called "Blue Magic" which can be purchased here.
Mask of Choice .. I have used Vix_Mask26 & Vix_Mask257 which can be downloaded here.
Word art of Choice .. I have used word art from Linda's Place which can be downloaded here.
Font of Choice .. Cutie Pie
Let's get started
New image 600x600 and floodfill with white. New raster layer, select all, paste into selection Paper 6. Select none. New mask layer from image, Vix_Mask26, invert transparency unchecked, and merge group. Resize 105%.
Copy and paste Bling 1 & resize 75%.
Copy and paste Butterflies 3, resize 80% & drop shadow. I have used 2/2/40/4 throughout. Position top left hand corner. Layer duplicate and position bottom right hand corner.
Copy and paste Wings 1, resize 50% & drop shadow. Position top right hand corner.
Copy and paste Corner 1, resize 50% & drop shadow. Position bottom left hand corner.
New raster layer, select all, paste into selection Paper 1. Select none. New mask layer from image, Vix_Mask257, invert transparency unchecked, and merge group.
Using your magic wand, select the center portion of one of your frames, selections modify/expand 5, copy and paste your image below your frame layer, resize as required, selections invert and hit delete. Select none.
Repeat with both of the other frames. Drop shadow your frame.
Copy and paste your tube, resize as required & drop shadow. Position top left hand corner.
Copy and paste Bow 5, resize 50% & drop shadow. Position at the base of your middle frame. Repeat with Bow 4 and position top right hand corner of your middle frame.
Copy and paste Flower 1, resize 40% & drop shadow. Position at the bottom of your bottom right hand corner frame. Copy and paste Dragonflies 1, resize 50% & drop shadow. Position bottom right hand corner.
Copy and paste Sparkles & resize 50%. Position bottom right hand corner. Layer duplicate and position top left hand corner of your top centre frame.
Copy and paste your word art, resize 30%/60%, adjust/color balance/manual color correction from black to #141c2f. I then added a size 3 fat white gradient glow followed by drop shadow.
Copy and paste Butterfly 1, resize 30% & drop shadow. Position top right hand corner.
X out white background, merge visible. Open white background, resize to your liking (I have used 500x500).
Add copyright and name on your tag. I have used Cutie Pie, Size 36, color #141c2f, then added the same gradient glow and drop shadow as used on the word art.
Save and you are done.
