Summer Vacation Tut

Feel free to use my tutorial as a guide and have fun giving it your own spin.
This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.
Needed Supplies :
Tube of Choice .. I am using the work of Pinup Toons which you must have a license to use. Please do not use this work without purchasing through CDO here. I am licensed through CILM which is now closed.
Scrap Kit of Choice .. I have used a gorgeous PTU kit from Gina's Gems called "Are We There Yet Coney Island" which you can purchase here.
Mask of Choice .. I have used WSL_Mask84 which can be downloaded from here.
Font of Choice .. Tempus Sans ITC
Let's get started
New image 600x600 and floodfill with white. New raster layer, select all, copy and paste Paper 14, select none. New mask layer from image WSL_Mask84, invert transparency unchecked, and merge group. Resize 105%.
Copy and paste Starfish Spray, resize 70% & drop shadow. I have used 2/2/40/4 throughout. Position up top. Layer duplicate/flip.
Copy and paste Frame 2 & resize 75%. Using your magic wand, select the center portion of your frame, selections modify/expand 8, copy and paste Paper 26, resize 50%, selections invert and hit delete.
Copy and paste Rope Element 2 & drop shadow. Centre in your frame. Repeat with Rope Element 1, resizing 65% & position bottom left hand corner. Repeat with Vines & position bottom centre.
Copy and paste Branch 2, rotate left 45 & drop shadow. Position on the left hand side of your frame.
Copy and paste Spring Blossom 3, resize 40% & drop shadow. Position on the left hand side of your frame a lil above centre. Layer duplicate, position a little lower than your first blossom. Repeat again with a 3rd blossom. Copy and paste Spring Blossom 1, resize 30% & drop shadow. Position nicely on your blue blossoms. Layer duplicate and move to a spot you're happy with.
Copy and paste Cloud 2, resize 65% & drop shadow. Position top right hand corner. Repeat with Ribbon 1 and position top left hand corner. Repeat with Bow 3 & position in the centre of your blue bow.
Copy and paste Satin Bow 1, resize 40% & drop shadow. Position in the centre of your white bow.
Copy and paste Kite, resize 65% & drop shadow. Position nicely on your cloud.
Copy and paste Deck Chair 1, resize 50% & drop shadow. Position bottom right hand corner. Copy and paste your tube, resize as necessary & drop shadow. Repeat with Life saver 1, resizing 40% & position bottom right hand corner of your deck chair.
Copy and paste Sandcastle 2, resize 50% & drop shadow. Position bottom left hand corner. Repeat with Starfish 2, resizing 30% & position on your lifesaver.
Copy and paste Crab, resize 50% & drop shadow. Position next to your starfish.
Copy and paste Word Art and resize 50%. I then added a size 3 fat white gradient glow followed by drop shadow.
X out white background, merge visible. Open white background, resize to your liking (I have used 500x500).
Add copyright and name on your tag. I have used Tempus Sans ITC, Size 60, color #0eb4d9 and then added the same gradient glow & drop shadow as with the word art.
Save and you are done.
