Glam Girl Tut

Feel free to use my tutorial as a guide and have fun giving it your own spin.
This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.
Needed Supplies & Filters :
Scrap Kit of Choice .. I have used a gorgeous PTU Kit from Fi's Fault called Pink & Black which can be purchased through AMI here.
Template of Choice .. I have used template 79 by Ali which can be downloaded from her blog here.
Mask of Choice .. I haved used WSL_Mask218 Weescotslass which can be downloaded here.
Font of Choice .. Comic Sans MS & Levenim MT.
This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Let's get started
Open template in PSP. Resize canvas 600x600. New raster layer, move this layer as your bottom layer and floodfill white.
New raster layer, select all, copy and paste into selection Paper 8. New mask layer from image, WSL_Mask218, invert mask data unchecked, and merge group. Resize 110%.
Select Circle layer, select all float/defloat, copy and paste Paper 10, resize 85%, selections invert & hit delete. Select none & delete original Circle layer. I have added the following gradient glow and then drop shadow. I have used 2/2/40/4 throughout.
Copy and paste Frame 3 & drop shadow.
Merge down Shape layers 2-3-4. Select all float/defloat, new raster layer and floodfill with color #e50278. Select none and delete original merged layers. I then added the following Blinds effect, as well as the same gradient glow and drop shadow as before.

Select Shape layer, select all float/defloat, new raster layer and floodfill with color #e50278. Select none and delete original Shape 1 layer.
Select your text tool. I used Comic Sans MS font size 14 black and typed out Glam Girl. I then used the following Mura's Meister copies effect.

Select your pink background layer, select all float/defloat & selections invert. Select your text layer and hit delete. Select none. You should now see your text only in your frame.
Select Frame layer, select all float/defloat, new raster and floodfill with black. Select none and delete original Frame layer. I then added a lil noise ... adjust/add remove noise/50/random & monochrome checked and then drop shadow.
Copy and paste Bow 1, resize 85%, rotate left 10 & drop shadow. Position top centre.
Copy and paste your Tube. I then added the same gradient glow and drop shadow as used before.
Copy and paste Star 4 & drop shadow. Position bottom left hand corner. Copy and paste Star 3, resize 75% & drop shadow. Position next to your other star.
X out white background, merge visible. Open white background, resize to your liking (I used 500x500).
Add copyright and your name. I have used Levenim MT size 48 color black with the same gradient glow and drop shadow as used before.
Save and you are done.
