Feel free to use my tutorial as a guide and have fun giving it your own spin.
This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.
Needed Supplies :
Tube of Choice .. I am using the work of Simona Candini which you must have a license to use. Please do not use her work without purchasing through SNC here.
Scrap Kit of Choice .. I have used one of my PTU Kits called "In My Arms Little Man" which can be purchased here.
Mask of Choice .. I have used WSL_Mask226 which can be downloaded here.
Word art of Choice .. I have used word art from Word Art World which can be downloaded here.
Font of Choice .. TheNautiGal
Let's get started
New image 600x600 and floodfill with white. New raster layer, select all, paste into selection Paper 16. Select none. New mask layer from image, WSL_Mask226, invert transparency unchecked, and merge group.
Copy and paste Doodle 7, resize 55% & rotate right 45. I then added a size 3 fat white gradient glow & drop shadow. I have used 2/2/40/4 throughout. Layer duplicate, mirror & flip.
Copy and paste Frame 3, resize 65% & drop shadow.
Copy and paste Frame 8 & resize 45%. Using your magic wand, select the center portion of your frame, selections modify/expand 5, copy and paste Paper 8 below your frame layers, resize 75%, selections invert and hit delete. Copy and paste your tube & hit delete. Select none and drop shadow your frame.
If your tube or image fills the middle area of your frame then you can skip the first part with the paper background.
Copy and paste Element 22, resize 40% & drop shadow. Layer duplicate and merge down both water drop layers. Position top left hand corner. Layer duplicate and move down the left hand side of the frame.
Copy and paste String 3, resize 65% & drop shadow. Position on the bottom side of your frame. Repeat with String 7, mirror and position on the right side of your frame. Repeat with Ribbon 4 and position on the right side of your frame as well (no mirror).
Copy and paste Element 17, resize 50%, mirror, flip & drop shadow. Position bottom left hand corner of your frame. Copy and paste Element 14, resize 40%, rotate left 45 & drop shadow. Position on your leaves. Copy and paste Butterfly 7, resize 30% & drop shadow. Position on your flowers.
Copy and paste Element 2, resize 40% & drop shadow. Positon top left hand corner. Copy and paste Element 7, resize 65% & drop shadow. Position along the top.
Copy and paste Element 23, resize 75% & drop shadow. I positioned my first layer a bit to the right up a bit. Layer duplicate & mirror. Depending on where your sparkles fall, you may want to erase some so they don't fall in awkward places on your tube's face for instance.
As well if you have trouble seeing where your sparkles fall on your background, a trick I use is make a new layer above your background layer and floodfill it with black. Then you can easily see and position your sparkle layers and then delete the black background layer you just created.
Copy and paste your word art, resize 45% & then 25%. Adjust/add remove noise/add noise/random & monochrome checked. I then added a size 3 fat white and then drop shadow.
X out white background, merge visible. Open white background, resize to your liking (I have used 500x500).
Add copyright and name on your tag. I have used TheNautiGal, Size 72, color black, then added the same noise, gradient and drop shadow as with the word art.
Save and you are done.

Let's get started

Repeat using Paper 6 and WSL_Mask 38. Resize 105%. Adjust/add remove noise/add noise/gaussian & monochrome checked/30%.
Copy and paste Frame 4 & resize 75%. Using your magic wand, select the center portion of your frame, selections modify/expand 5, copy and paste Paper 1 below your frame layers, selections invert and hit delete. Copy and paste Ribbon 9 and position towards the bottom then hit delete. Select none and I then added a size 5 color #e3e475 gradient glow and then drop shadow to the frame followed by a drop shadow on the ribbon. I have used 2/2/40/4 throughout.
Copy and paste Palm Tree, resize 75% & drop shadow. Position on the right hand side. Copy and paste Sun, resize 75% & add the same noise as used before followed by drop shadow. Position top right hand corner.
Copy and paste Vine, resize 65% & drop shadow. Position bottom right hand corner of your frame. Layer duplicate, mirror & flip. Copy and paste Flower 6, resize 35% & drop shadow. Position on your bottom vine. Layer duplicate, mirror & flip. Repeat with Flower 3.
Copy and paste Flower 13, resize 65% & drop shadow. Position bottom left hand corner. Layer duplicate, resize 65% & position next to your first flower. Layer duplicate and position again with your other flowers.
Copy and paste your tube, resize as necessary & drop shadow.
Copy and paste Monkey, resize 50% & drop shadow. Position bottom right hand corner. Layer duplicate, resize 65% & position next to your first monkey.
Copy and paste your word art and resize 50% and then 20%. Using your magic wand, select the center portion of all the letters in "Thing", selections modify/expand 1, copy and paste Paper 5 below your word art layer, selections invert and hit delete. Select none. Add the same noise effect as earlier.
Merge down the word art & background color layers then add the following gradient glow followed by drop shadow.

Cordelia's Chilly Christmas Tagger Size Kit
