This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.
Needed Supplies & Filters :
Tube of Choice .. I am using the work of Hannah Disney (www.hannahlynnart.com) which you must have a license to use. Please do not use her work without purchasing through My Tag Art here.
Scrap Kit of Choice .. I have used a gorgeous PTU Kit from Pspgirl called Christmas Time which can be purchased here.
Mask of Choice .. I haved used WSL_Mask275 which can be downloaded here.
Font of Choice .. CK Twilight

Let's get started
New image 600x600 and floodfill with white.
New raster layer, select all, paste into selection Paper 16. Select none. New mask layer from image, WSL_Mask337, invert transparency unchecked, and merge group. Adjust/add remove noise/random mono checked/65%.
Repeat with Paper 15 and resize 85%.
Copy and paste Element 53, resize 65% & drop shadow. I have used 2/2/40/4 throughout.
Copy and paste Element 51, resize 75% & drop shadow. Position with the large star in the top left hand corner.
Copy and paste Element 61, resize 65% & drop shadow. Position along the bottom of your wreath.
Copy and paste Element 4, resize 75% & drop shadow. Position hanging down the right hand side of your wreath. Copy and paste Element 40, resize 65% & drop shadow. Position so it appears to be holding up your dangling ornament on the right hand side. Repeat with Element 18 and position on top of the red bow.
Copy and paste your tube and drop shadow.
Copy and paste Element 5, resize 50% & drop shadow. Position on top of your last bow.
Copy and paste Element 11, resize 50% & drop shadow. Position bottom left hand corner. Copy and paste Element 56, resize 65% & drop shadow. Position next to your candle.
X out white background, merge visible. Open white background, resize to your liking (I have used 500x500).
Add copyright and your name. I have used CK Twilight, Size 72 and Paper 15 as my fill color. I then added the following gradient glow and then drop shadow.
Save and you are done.

Winter Wonders Tagger Size Kit
This kit contains 35 papers (700x700 in size), 142 elements & a glass alpha. Tube of Choice .. I am using the work of Ann Gates Fiser (www.moontoegallery.com) which you must have a license to use. Please do not use her work without purchasing through My Tag Art here.
Scrap Kit of Choice .. I have used a gorgeous PTU Kit from Monti called Gothic Wonderland which can be purchased here or here.
Mask of Choice .. I haved used WSL_Mask275 which can be downloaded here.
Word Art of Choice .. I have used word art by Mythical Designs which can be downloaded here.
Font of Choice .. Constanza
Let's get started
New image 600x600 and floodfill with white.
New raster layer, select all, paste into selection Paper 4. Select none. New mask layer from image, WSL_Mask287, invert transparency unchecked, and merge group. Resize 90%.
Copy and paste Clock Face, resize 120% & drop shadow. I have used 2/2/40/4 throughout.
Copy and paste Frame double 7 & resize 85%. Using your magic wand, select the center portion of both your frames, selections modify/expand 5. Copy and paste Paper 8 below your frame layer, resize 65%, selections invert and hit delete. Select none & merge down your frame and it's background.
I then added the following gradient glow. Select all/float/defloat, select/modify/contract 6, select/invert and adjust/add remove noise/random mono checked/65%. Select none and drop shadow.
Copy and paste your first tube (white rabbit), resize 85% & drop shadow. Position on the left hand side of your frame. I positioned it a bit lower and trimmed the bottom so it would fit better.
Repeat with your 2nd tube (Alice), resizing 65%, drop shadow and position on the right hand side.
Copy and paste Roses White, resize 55% & drop shadow. Position bottom left hand corner.
Copy and paste Heart Ribbon 1, resize 65% & drop shadow. Position bottom centre of your frame. Copy and paste Tag 4, resize 75%, rotate left 40 & drop shadow. Position on your Ribbon heart. Copy and paste Bow 4, resize 65%, rotate left 10, mirror & drop shadow. Position on top of your heart ribbon & tag. See my tag for placement if necessary.
Copy and paste Card Tower, resize 50% & drop shadow. Position on the lower right hand side of your frame. Copy and paste Drink Me, resize 50% & drop shadow. Position next to your card tower. Copy and paste Spoon & drop shadow. Position bottom right hand corner.
Copy and paste Heart Pendant 1, resize 65% & drop shadow. Position hanging down the left hand side of your frame.
Copy and paste your word art, resize 75%, add a size 5 fat white gradient glow and drop shadow.
X out white background, merge visible. Open white background, resize to your liking (I have used 500x500).
Add copyright and your name. I have used Constanza, Size 36, color black and positioned the name on the tag.
Save and you are done.

Scrap Kit of Choice .. I have used a gorgeous PTU Kit from Gina's Gems Works called November Harvest which can be purchased here.
Mask of Choice .. I haved used WSL_Mask275 which can be downloaded here.
Font of Choice .. Waterbrush ROB
Let's get started
New image 600x600 and floodfill with white.
New raster layer, select all, paste into selection Paper 40. Select none. New mask layer from image, WSL_Mask275, invert transparency unchecked, and merge group.
Apply the following Xenofex/Constellation.
New raster layer, select all, paste into selection Paper 39. Select none. New mask layer from image, WSL_Mask275, invert transparency unchecked, and merge group. Resize 90% and rotate right 5.
New raster layer, select all, paste into selection Paper 36. Select none. New mask layer from image, WSL_Mask275, invert transparency unchecked, and merge group. Resize 80% and rotate left 5.
Copy and paste Heart Frame 1 & resize 75%. Using your magic wand, select the center portion of your frame, selections modify/expand 3. Copy and paste Paper 4 (addon-pack) below your frame layer, resize 75%, selections invert and hit delete. Select none & drop shadow your frame. I have used 2/2/40/4 throughout.
Copy and paste Autumn Tree 2, resize 65% & drop shadow. Position on the right hand side. Repeat with Autumn Tree 1 and position on the left hand side.
Copy and paste Beaded rope bow, resize 65% & drop shadow. Position along the bottom. Copy and paste Rope Bow 1, resize 65%, mirror & drop shadow. Position along the bottom. Copy and paste Rope Bow 5, resize 65% & drop shadow. Position along the bottom.
Copy and paste Berry Branch, resize 50% & drop shadow. Position bottom right hand side. Copy and paste Branch Bike, resize 50% & drop shadow. Position bottom right hand side.
Copy and paste your tube.
Copy and paste Fabric Leaves 1, resize 65% & drop shadow. Position starting at the top left hand corner. Layer duplicate & mirror.
Copy and paste Double Tag 2, resize 75%, rotate left 20 & drop shadow. Position bottom right hand corner.
Copy and paste Fall Word Art, resize 40% and position top right hand corner. I then added a size 7 fat color #f7d96e gradient glow and then drop shadow.
X out white background, merge visible. Open white background, resize to your liking (I have used 500x500).
Add copyright and your name. I have used Waterbrush ROB, Size 40, color #f7d96e and positioned the name on the tag.
Save and you are done.
