Feel free to use my tutorial as a guide and have fun giving it your own spin.

This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Needed Supplies & Filters :

Tube of Choice .. I am using the work of Valarie Wade (www.valariewade.com) which you must have a license to use. Please do not use her work without purchasing through My Tag Art here.

Scrap Kit of Choice .. I have used a gorgeous PTU Kit from Clarey called "Sweetest Spring" which can be purchased here.

Mask of Choice .. I haved used Vix_Mask363 & Vix_Mask431 which can be downloaded here.

Font of Choice .. Alex Brush

Filters of Choice .. Xenofex/Constellation (optional)

Let's get started
 New image 600x600 and floodfill with white. New raster layer, select all, paste into selection Paper 1. Select none. New mask layer from image, Vix_Mask431, invert transparency unchecked, and merge group.

New raster layer, select all, paste into selection Paper 10. Select none. New mask layer from image, Vix_Mask363, invert transparency unchecked, and merge group. Resize 105%.

Effects/Xenofex/Constellation with the following settings:


Copy and paste Swirl 2, resize 75% & drop shadow. I have used 2/2/40/4 throughout. Position along the bottom.

Copy and paste Clouds 3, mirror & drop shadow. Position top right hand corner.

Copy and paste Round Frame 1, resize 80% & drop shadow.

Copy and paste Foliage 2, resize 75%, rotate left 55 & drop shadow. Position on the left hand side of your frame.

Copy and paste Curled Ribbon 2, resize 85%, rotate left 90 & drop shadow. Position on the left hand side of your frame. Layer duplicate & mirror.

Copy and paste Flower String, resize 85% & drop shadow. Position along the bottom of your frame.

Copy and paste Bow 1 & drop shadow. Position top centre of your frame.

Copy and paste Stemmed Flower 1, resize 80%, rotate right 20 & drop shadow. Position on the right hand side.

Copy and paste Butterfly Trail 2, resize 65% & drop shadow. Position on the left hand side towards the top.

Copy and paste Rainbow, resize 80% & drop shadow. Position towards the bottom.

Copy and paste your tube & drop shadow. Depending on your tube of choice, position so the lil gal looks like she is sitting on the rainbow.

Copy and paste Butterfly Trail 1, resize 65% & drop shadow. Position on the right hand side towards the bottom.

Copy and paste Bee Trail, resize 65% & drop shadow. Position on the left hand side towards the bottom.

Copy and paste Label 2, resize 65%, rotate left 10 & drop shadow. Position top right hand corner.

Copy and paste Label 1, resize 65%, rotate right 10 & drop shadow. Position below your first label.

X out white background, merge visible. Open white background, resize to your liking (I have used 500x500).

Add copyright and name on your tag. I have used Alex Brush, Size 60, color #bf3943 and then the following gradient glow and then drop shadow.

Save and you are done.
