This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Needed Supplies & Filters :

Tube of Choice .. I am using the work of Valarie Wade (www.valariewade.com) which you must have a license to use. Please do not use her work without purchasing through My Tag Art here.

Scrap Kit of Choice .. I have used a gorgeous PTU Kit from Clarey called "Sweetest Spring" which can be purchased here.


Font of Choice .. Alex Brush

Filters of Choice .. Xenofex/Constellation (optional)

Let's get started

 New image 600x600 and floodfill with white. New raster layer, select all, paste into selection Paper 1. Select none. New mask layer from image, Vix_Mask431, invert transparency unchecked, and merge group.

New raster layer, select all, paste into selection Paper 10. Select none. New mask layer from image, Vix_Mask363, invert transparency unchecked, and merge group. Resize 105%.

Effects/Xenofex/Constellation with the following settings:

Copy and paste Swirl 2, resize 75% & drop shadow. I have used 2/2/40/4 throughout. Position along the bottom.

Copy and paste Clouds 3, mirror & drop shadow. Position top right hand corner.

Copy and paste Round Frame 1, resize 80% & drop shadow.

Copy and paste Foliage 2, resize 75%, rotate left 55 & drop shadow. Position on the left hand side of your frame.

Copy and paste Curled Ribbon 2, resize 85%, rotate left 90 & drop shadow. Position on the left hand side of your frame. Layer duplicate & mirror.

Copy and paste Flower String, resize 85% & drop shadow. Position along the bottom of your frame.

Copy and paste Bow 1 & drop shadow. Position top centre of your frame.

Copy and paste Stemmed Flower 1, resize 80%, rotate right 20 & drop shadow. Position on the right hand side.

Copy and paste Butterfly Trail 2, resize 65% & drop shadow. Position on the left hand side towards the top.

Copy and paste Rainbow, resize 80% & drop shadow. Position towards the bottom.

Copy and paste your tube & drop shadow. Depending on your tube of choice, position so the lil gal looks like she is sitting on the rainbow.

Copy and paste Butterfly Trail 1, resize 65% & drop shadow. Position on the right hand side towards the bottom.

Copy and paste Bee Trail, resize 65% & drop shadow. Position on the left hand side towards the bottom.

Copy and paste Label 2, resize 65%, rotate left 10 & drop shadow. Position top right hand corner.

Copy and paste Label 1, resize 65%, rotate right 10 & drop shadow. Position below your first label.

X out white background, merge visible. Open white background, resize to your liking (I have used 500x500).

Add copyright and name on your tag. I have used Alex Brush, Size 60, color #bf3943 and then the following gradient glow and then drop shadow.

Save and you are done.

Let's get started

New image 600x600 and floodfill with white. New raster layer, select all, paste into selection Paper 8. Select none. New mask layer from image, WSL_Mask349, invert transparency unchecked, and merge group.

Repeat using Paper 3. Layer duplicate and merge down these last 2 mask layers.

Copy and paste Element 15, resize 40% twice & drop shadow. I have used 2/2/40/4 throughout. Position bottom left hand corner.

Layer duplicate, mirror, flip & resize 75%. Position top right hand corner.

Copy and paste Element 38 and resize 40%  twice. Using your magic wand, select the center portion of your frame, selections modify/expand 5. Copy and paste Paper 1 below your frame layer, resize 40% twice, selections invert and hit delete. Select none and then drop shadow your frame.

Copy and paste Element 20, resize 40% twice & drop shadow. Position bottom left hand corner of your frame.

Layer duplicate, mirror, flip & resize 85%. Position top right hand corner of your frame.

Copy and paste Element 21, resize 50% twice & drop shadow. Position top left hand corner.

Copy and paste Element 1, resize 40% twice & drop shadow. Position on the left hand side.

Copy and paste Element 2, resize 35% twice & drop shadow. Position on the right hand side. Layer duplicate & resize 85%. Position next to your first flower.

Copy and paste Element 14, resize 35% twice & drop shadow. Position towards the bottom.

Copy and paste Element 5, resize 35% twice, flip & drop shadow. Position along the bottom.

Copy and paste Element 6, resize 35% twice & drop shadow. Position along the bottom as well.

Copy and paste Element 4, resize 30% twice & drop shadow. Positon bottom right hand corner.

Copy and paste your tube & drop shadow.

Open your word art in PSP & resize all layers 45% twice. Select Raster layer 2, adjust color balance/manual color correction from black to #e84c92. Add the following gradient glow and then drop shadow.



Select Raster layer 3, adjust color balance/manual color correction from #404040 to #c36195. Add again the gradient glow & drop shadow.

Merge visible layers and copy and paste onto your tag. Position top centre.

X out white background, merge visible. Open white background, resize to your liking (I have used 500x500).

Add copyright and name on your tag. I have used Easter Bunny, size 60, color #e84c92 and then added the same gradient glow and drop shadow as before.

Save and you are done.
