This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Needed Supplies & Filters :

Tube of Choice  .. I am using the work of KatNKDA which you must have a license to use. Please do not use her work without purchasing through her store here. I am licensed through Artistic Minds Inc. but they are now closed.

Scrap Kit of Choice .. I have used a gorgeous PTU Kit from KatNKDA called Angel Dust which was purchased through Artistic Minds Inc. who are now closed. The art kit version of this kit can now be purchased here.

Font of Choice .. I have used Valentina JF.

Let's get started !

Open mask in PSP. New raster layer 600x600 & floodfill with white.

Select all/new raster layer /copy and paste into selection paper 8 & select none.

Layer/new mask layer from image mask.jpg/source luminance and invert mask data checked and merge group. Layer duplicate, merge down & resize 105%.

Copy and paste element 1, resize 20%. Using free hand selection tool, select all around your frame like this. I found it easier to use the freehand selection tool than the magic wand this time.

Copy and paste paper 10,  resize 35%,  invert delete and move below frame. Select none and drop shadow your frame. I have used 2/2/40/4 throughout.

Copy and paste Element 12, resize 40% twice and drop shadow. Position right side of your frame.

Copy and paste Element 10, resize 40%, mirror, image rotate right 75 & drop shadow. Position also on the right side.

Copy and paste Element 11, resize 40% twice and drop shadow. Position bottom of your frame.

Copy and paste Element 16, resize 20% and drop shadow. Position top right hand side just above your mask layer.

Copy and paste your tube,  resize 85%,  image mirror, rotate right 20 and drop shadow. 

Copy and paste Element 25, resize 50% twice and position bottom right just above the bottom of your tube.
